not sure what number what you could try taking out the fuses one by one and checking if your lighter works each time, it'll take a little longer but if your not sure where its at then that's probbally the fasted. try replacing the fuse. i had the same problem after trying to use a phone charger. you have to put it in perfectly or the negative and positive contacts touch and blow the fuse. it wasn't designed for power on the old ones. i have a 93. it does work but you have to put it in directly with out twisting. kind of a pain. try it

The removable lighter unit does burn out. You buy a new one at an Auto Parts store. They are pretty cheap - maybe $5.95 or a little higher.
