ANS 2 - Acrylics are joined by trichloromethane, sold under the name IPS Weld On 3. Small parts of acrylic can also be joined with MEK .

Superglue works if fogging up of the plexiglass is not an issue.

Just wear latex gloves, so it doesn't get on your hands.

Acrylic glue. =Weld On #3, #4 or #16. That's basically the same acrylic glue in different viscosities, available in plastics shops.
