Noah built an alter to offer sacrifices to God.
Genesis 8:19 All the animals and all the creatures that move along the ground and all the birds-everything that moves on the earth-came out of the ark, one kind after another.
20 Then Noah built an altar to the LORD and, taking some of all the clean animals and clean birds, he sacrificed burnt offerings on it. 21 The LORD smelled the pleasing aroma and said in his heart: "Never again will I curse the ground because of man, even though [a] every inclination of his heart is evil from childhood. And never again will I destroy all living creatures, as I have done.
A biblical answer would be that Noah worshipped God and then they repopulated the earth.
A practical answer, if the Flood ever really happened as described in The Bible, is that Noah carefully travelled the world, returning species of animals to eactly where they came from. He returned coyotes, alligators and jaguars to America; koalas, kangaroos, wombats and salt-water crocodiles to Australia; polar bears to the arctic, but penguins and elephant seals to Antarctica; always ensuring they were placed in just the right place for their survival.
A realistic answer is that nothing happened because there was no Noah's Flood. It did not happen.

Noah obediently 'walked with God' (Genesis 6:9+22) up to and through the flood, and he continued to do so afterward. After the ark landed on Mt Ararat (in Turkey) Noah and his family came out on dry land, and built an alter to God, using some of the animals as sacrifices (Genesis 8:15-22).
God then instructed Noah to have descendants and fill the earth(Genesis 9:18+19). God gave them permission to kill animals and eat meat for the first time, and reminded them that killing another human was murder and not acceptable.(Genesis 9:1-7). Noah became a farmer and lived 350 years after the flood, dying at 950years old(Genesis 9:28-29). Genesis 10 goes into the sons of Noah: Shem, Ham and Japheth. Genesis 11 describes how the earth was all one language, but Noah's descendants disobediently gathered in one area and built a city challenging God's authority called Babel. God broke up the project by suddenly causing people to speak foreign languages so they could no longer talk together and were forced to 'scatter all over the earth'.(Genesis 11:1-9)
