That depends entirely on you. Previously, it was thought that aging diminished the number of neurons. This has been found to be untrue if you are a mentally active person. The brain is not a muscle but may be compared to one in this respect. If you don't use it, you lose it.

Your bones become more visible as you store less fat beneath your skin. Inside the body your bones and muscle become weaker. Your memory gets worse, and your immune system cannot fight disease as easily.
