They can actually do alot, 1st: Company's Collection agency will call you from 8am until 7pm 2nd: They will continue to report you to the credit bearau hurting your credit. 3rd: They will sell your account to a 3 rd party collector, Now you owe that collector. 4th: You will have problems getting loans, Cars, House, Ect. 5th: If still unpaid they will collect the money when you die. There cut will come out oif your estate. So as you can see your best bet is to get it paid asap.
The creditor can sue the debtor in civil court. If the creditor wins a judgment (99.9% of the time they will) said judgment can be ebforced against personal property owned by the debtor, for example a levy against a bank account or lien on real property.

your not 18, you can enter into a legally binding contract which is what a credit card entails because your a minor plus your parents are suppsoed to be financially responsible for you till your 18 and that means that they would be responsible for any bill you rack up on a credit card and credit companies don't really go for that, so the credit card is a no go. you can become an authorized user on your parents credit card but then you have to abide by the credit companies and your parents rules sorry kid :( -I'm 18, i looked into this when i was 17 too
