When saltwater is boiled, the water in it evaporates. If the water is boiled long enough, all the water in the saltwater will evaporate; leaving all the salt in the water at the bottom of the pot. If you can catch the evaporated water with a clear plastic then drain it, that is how they make fresh water from salt water.

When adding salt to water, in any concentration it raises the boiling point of the water. However, as the water is boiled the water evaporates leaving the salt behind and the salinity of the water increases (think the Dead Sea). Water can completely evaporate leaving only salt and mineral behind (Sea Salt).

The water in the mixture will change into gaseous form (think of water boiling in a kettle). The salt will be left behind, so if boiling continues for a length of time, eventually only the salt will be left. As the water escapes, the salt concentration in the mixture will increase. Note that the amount of salt itself remains unchanged, but because there is less and less water, the water will become "saltier".
