When you dial 911, your call is routed to the nearest emergency call center.
The operator will answer with something like "911 What is your emergency?"
As calm as possible:
1. Where you are.
2. Explain what has happened.
3. How many people were involved (need assistance).
Stay on the line until the dispatcher hangs up!

Call you local 911 Dispatcher and you will have to file a form to get a copy of it. I am currently in the process of doing that. Call the sheriffs department for the 911 dispatcher number DO NOT CALL 911 for this.

If a person prevents a 911 call then they can be charged with interference of a 911 emergency call and face penalties related to the charge.

that is very common. you should have no reason to call 911. but if there is alot of blood then you should call 911.
