What can you do if you're addicted to gaming and you can't seem to stop?

Keep yourself busy doing other things. Make time with friends and family and as soon as you get home go to sleep. If you can make yourself go without it for a week, it will get easier. Everyday you go without it, it gets easier. Also, if you want to stop slower, you can let yourself play for an hour a week and set a timer, make sure you have something to do after that hour so you make sure to stop.

∙ 12y agoAt first nothing happens. You will think your not addicted, but after a while you get more and more and more attached to the game. Soon your whole life will fall apart. If you have a car or a house, and you get addicted to games. You will lose all of those things. Very bad habbit.

In my case when i was addictied i got into a very bad mood and would be very grumpy and my parents would take the Video Games

Everyone has addictive behaiviors. Some folks however seem to be more addicted than others. An addictive personality (disorder), cannot be cured with any medicine (known to man). However, with counseling some people with this disorder can regain some control of their life. An person with this disorder will frequently have OCD, Alcoholism, Drug Addiction, Sex Addiction, Food Addiction, and more. They do not just have one addiction, but will have multiple addictions.
