Depends on the country. I have been through customs in the US, Italy, Germany, UK, and Russia. The basically each asks to see your passport, sometimes there are papers to fill out before landing ( this was true with the UK) that you will hand them with the passport. They have the right to ask you to open your bags for an inspection. Going into Russia really seemed to be the toughest. If you have nothing to hide you will have no problem.
it hurt really really bad nd i tried i cry like bay save my lif please who wanna kiss meh
to the airport
I had to go through customs at the airport
In the airport.
You and your bags will need to go through customs once. After this you will be kept separate from the non international passengers. Some airports can not perform this function so the customs will occur enroute. Normally this will happen at the first international flight.
absolutely, and make sure to bring your passport
The first step is to deplane and go through immigration/passport control. Then you pick your luggage up from the correct carousel. The next stage is to go through customs and agriculture. Finally you either recheck your bag and go through security to get to a connecting flight or you leave the airport.
it is very hard to go through UK customs
If you are arriving from Puerto Rico in a country other than the United States, you must go through Customs. If you are arriving in a US airport from Puerto Rico, for instance, if you are arriving in Miami, or New York, or Los Angeles, you are on a domestic flight and will not be asked to go through Customs. If you started in Puerto Rico, you started from within the US. If you started from another country, you went through US Customs when you arrived in Puerto Rico.
If you are staying in the airport to wait for your flight to Auckland, you don't have to clear customs. But you still have to go through the normal security checks to proceed to the passengers waiting area.
No, imported mattresses do not have to go through customs because they are not considered a hazardous material.
lo
