Cigar is a big cigarette containing more nicotine. If you inhale cigar smoke, it's not good for you. You absorb the nicotine through the surfaces of your mouth and you get the kick. That's all. Don't inhale the smoke.

You shouldn't inhale cigars because they are high in alkaline and high in nicotine, and inhaling will make you cough. You can enjoy the flavor of a cigar without inhaling because the nicotine is absorbed by the mucous membranes of the nose and mouth. (Cigarette smoke being acid, it is almost exclusively absorbed in the lungs.)
they are both very harmful to your body, but yes a cigar is worse than a cigarette, this because more chemicals are put into making a cigar and they are larger, the chemicals in the cigar produce more smoke fumes and tar, to smoke a cigar you have to inhale deeper than a cigarette so the harmful chemicals get further into your lungs.
