Nothing dramatic will happen immediately (no melting flesh or anything like that), but it is extremely dangerous and it will lead to very severe irritation and can lead to permanent damage to the skin if not IMMEDIATELY rinsed with with vast amounts of water. Remove any clothes that are were in contact with the acid immediately and flush all exposed areas very very well.

you get burned probably, depending upon the concentration of the acid.

Pretty much nothing, if you are talking about alcohol based hand sanitizer. To my knowledge, the two will simply form a solution, much like combing hydrochloric acid with water. In other words you will dilute the acid.

If it is diluted there will be nothing. But if it is concentrated it will burn your hand. Or if partially diluted you will feel a scorching pain.
