By solute I hope you mean more substance...If that's what you mean then definitely the egg. Distilled water has been filtered to remove as much solute as possible.

Additionally, you might consider that, to get a 20% sodium chloride solution, you will have to heat the water to the point that it will cook the egg.

In a mixture of oil and water, the two will separate with the oil on top. If the water has enough solute in it (salt, sugar), the egg will float in the water, but not above the oil. An egg is denser than fresh water, but less dense than salt water. It is denser than most oils.
