There are many things you can put in a smoothie. The main things you can put in a smoothie are fruits juice and ice, other than that you can put anything you want that you think that will satisfy your sweet tooth! and you can also put ice cream on the top
well usually u put in a base: milk, Orange Juice, or other.
then u put in some fruit: bananas, strawberries, etc.
If u like a colder smoothie, put crushed ice in with the other ingredients.

There is no one smoothie machine that will make your smoothies like the ones at Jamba Juice. However, the ingredients you blend might make the difference. Sherbets and frozen yogurts will thicken your smoothie, and juices will thin it down.
Start with some cut up fruit. (you're favorite kind) stick that in a blender with either milk, orange juice, or your favorite juice blend them together. add sugar (if needed) you can put plain or vanilla yogurt in also.
