There is nothing you can really do to make yourself grow taller. You are who you are, and that's something to be proud of. Eating a healthy diet and always making sure you get a good amount of excersize done each week, you will grow up strong and tall.(Sometimes people don't grow as tall as they should because of a no excersize and an unhealthy diet.)
Okay, first, no soda or red bull, it's bad for growth. Try milk and water! Try pilates, you can be taller with good posture. Just do stretches and don't slouch.
