The most important thing is to stay hydrated. Dehydration can make you feel weak, give you a headache, and can actually make the effects of the virus worse. Severe dehydration is actually dangerous. Drinks with electrolytes are best. Small amounts of Sprite or a similar drink can also be good due to the glucose, but stay light on these. High amounts of sugar can also make things worse if you have diarrhea. Jello, broth, or popsicles can also be good. Just keep plenty of fluids going.

When kids are sick to their stomachs, pediatricians often say to stick to something called the B.R.A.T. diet. This is an acronym for bananas, rice, applesauce, and toast. These are all low acid foods that are gentle on the stomach.

warm towels and LOTS of fluid a high pillow when in bed, this helps u getting bunged up try and sick out to help u feel cleared up
