  • Depending on the cultural believe at least many Western people have already had a sexual relationship before marriage and after a wedding they may be too tired to consummate their wedding night, but it doesn't really matter. Years ago when women were suppose to be virgins then it was important to consummate the marriage.

where do i look for a grant to pay for adapting my truck for disabled driver, hand controls, steering wheel, or to buy a truck ?

Call the disabled American Veterans. They will pay to have hand controls put in your truck. even tho you might not be a veteran, US Govt will pay for it. You need to show that the marriage was void, or voidable, meaning that one of the participants wasn't able to enter the marriage, that the marriage was a sham, or that it was never consummated.

What are Roman Catholic views on crime?

Roman Catholic AnswerThe only official statements of the Church that I can find on crime are that it is an invalidating impediment to Christian marriage, arising from a grave public sin committed by one or both parties. It affects persons who have consummated adultery together and have mutually promised each other to marry, or have attempted marriage during the existence of the same lawful marriage, have consummated adultery together, and one of whom has killed the lawful spouse; those who, even without committing adultery, have by mutual co-operation, physical or moral, killed the lawful spouse. from Modern Catholic Dictionary, and The Code of Canon Law.

How do you tell your husband you have never loved him as you should even though you have been married to him for thirty seven years?

It is not clear to me why you would want to make such a statement. If the marriage has survived for 37 years, it is probably serving some purpose even if it falls short of what it really should have been. Unless you wish to get a divorce, all you are going to do is upset your husband with such a statement. And if you do want to divorce, then that is what you should say, along with an explanation of your specific reason for wishing to end the marriage.

I am not divorced but have been living with another man for a few years. We are separating. Is Florida a common law marriage state and what benefits do I have?

First, you are still married to your first husband so even if common law marriage was recognized in Florida (it is not), you are ineligible since you are already married.Second, you have no legal benefits arising from co-habitating with another man.

Does reconfirmation of wedding vows mean you have been married in the Catholic Church?

Yes it does. If, for example, you were married in a civil ceremony, the Church does not recognize that as sacramental matrimony and you must 'regularize' that marriage with the Church by confirming your wedding vows before a priest or a deacon. Some couples who have been validly married in the Church for many years will renew their wedding vows also, even though they have been validly married for years.
