I believe that the forms for changing your tax filing status must be signed by the taxpayer themselves. However what, or if, there is a civil penalty for this I am not aware.
Yes, they both announced on their Facebook accounts they were married. And have changed their relationship status to Married.
Chris D. Marter shows his status on facebook as being married and this suggest that he is married or that at least the individual changed his status to give that suggestion. This creates somewhat of a confusion for readers of his information and continues them coming back to illicit some meaning from this status.
No. Back in the early 90's they changed the law. Before, you could get status but that's kind of unfair.
If not legally separated, you will probably have to wait until open enrollment through your employer to cancel her insurance. If you do get legally separated, you can cancel insurance as you have had "change in status." Usually insurance companies will process changes outside of open enrollment when you have a change in family status. An example of this would be getting married, having a baby, or getting divorced/legally separated.
Your status is "married." You are still a citizen of this country. There is no special status.
It pretty much depends in the country you are from, the government will allow some countries and some not certain international privileges, I think it is pretty hard to get your status changed unless you applied for a permit while your visa was good.
Legally? There are none for the employer. Employee status is not secret or confidential - expect no privacy.
Your employment status is not confidential, it is info that BELONGS to the employer to use as it sees fit.
Certainly, any time it wishes. You status is not a secret.
no you should not
You better believe it! You can only be married to one person at a time. And moving doesn't change your marital status.
Yes, they certainly can get a license. There is nothing to prevent them getting married.
