According to the FAQ on the Michigan State Board of Law Examiner's web site (http://courts.michigan.gov/supremecourt/BdofLawExaminers/FAQ.htm), "Examination results are generally released . . . mid-May for the February exam." Unfortunately mid-May is undefined. In years past, the BLE has posted a notice on their website (http://courts.michigan.gov/supremecourt/BdofLawExaminers/index.htm) on the day that they place the results in the mail to candidates. If nothing else, this succeeds in rendering the candidates completely unproductive until their mail arrives the following day. At the conclusion of the February 2009 Michigan Bar Examination, candidates were told that the results of the exam would be released "at the end of May." This was the first administration of the test under the new scoring system. Under this system, ALL essays will be read and graded. On past exams, if a candidate received a 75 RAW score on the MultiState portion of the exam, they automatically passed the entire exam and their essays were not graded. Now that all the essays are being graded, it will take longer to grade the exams and thus release the results. The results for the February 2008 exam were mailed on May 5, 2008, and the results were posted on the Michigan Supreme Court website on May 9, 2009. This was 68 calendar days and 48 business days after the test administration. The results for the February 2007 exam were mailed to candidates on May 4, 2007 -- 65 calendar and 47 business days after the test administration. The results for the February 2006 exam were mailed to candidates on May 5, 2006 -- 72 calendar and 52 business days after the test administration. The results for the February 2005 exam were mailed to candidates on May 12, 2005 -- 78 calendar and 56 business days after the test administration. They were mailed out today (5/19/09). It was posted on the site listed above.

A business day is Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. So 4-7 business days is 4-7 days not including the weekend. Seven business days would be nine days long since you have to include the week end. Any holidays would have to be added to this number of days.
4 days after Sunday is Thursday and this is the day before yesterday. Yesterday would mean you have to advance one day, the day b/f yesterday means you have to advance two days. So the day is Thursday + 2 days or Saturday.
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday are considered "business days". So, when calculating how many business days, simply don't count Saturday or Sunday. For example:From Monday, 4-11 business days could mean anytime between Friday and 2 weeks from Tuesday.
It is a Thursday.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Federal and State holidays. They are the days on which businesses have traditionally been open. Time measured in business days means it will take that number of days Monday through Friday excluding weekends and holidays for the time period to be exhausted. The interval begins the at open of business the day after the time period was quoted. In essence, 4 business days from Monday is Friday as the period will begin to run Tuesday and Tuesday through Friday is 4 full business days. 4 business days from Friday is next Thursday as Saturday and Sunday are excluded and the calculation begins to run on Monday. Four business days from Friday, the week before Memorial Day, is next Friday as Saturday, Sunday and Monday (the Memorial Day Holiday) are all excluded and the period begins to run on Tuesday.
"20 Business Days" means 20 days that business is normally conducted by the company. As most businesses in the U.S. take off weekends, if you were waiting for something to take 20 business days to reach you from today, Thursday, for example, you would need to wait Friday, (1 day), Monday through Friday (5 days), another Monday through Friday (5 days), one more Monday through Friday (5 days), and then 4 more days from Monday to Thursday. So your 20 business days stretches out to close to a month. (almost 4 weeks) In other countries, only one day is set aside without business, for instance Saudi Arabia, which takes off Fridays but not weekends. Check with the business you are dealing with for their days of operation to be sure.
From and including: Thursday, 4 July 1776 to, and including: Thursday, 17 September 2009 it is 85,177 days.

It depends, if it said 2-4 business days then it would be any day of the week not on the weekends. So Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. 2-4 of those days. But if its 2-4 weeks it depends on where and when you purchased something.
