DOM=Days on Market: From listing day until Sold day.
CDOM=Cumulative Days on Market: indicates the total Days on the market should the property have been removed temporarily from the market and put back on.
Example: Listed May 1 Taken off the market September 1, put back on the market November 1 and today is January 1. DOM=60; CDOM=180
Most listing have two number on the ADOM and CDOM. Here is a definition from my local MLS: Listings accrue Cumulative Days On Market (CDOM) and Agent Days On Market (ADOM) while in either Active status or AWC status. When entering a new listing, DOM will begin at zero when more than 90 days have passed from the day the previous listing for that property was changed to Cancelled or Expired.
