There are several games that Sheldon (and the others) play on The Big Bang Theory. Sheldon plays his version of 3-D chess, he plays "Age of Conan" as a character named Sheldor the Conqueror (and Penny becomes addicted to the game), he plays World of Warcraft as Sheldor (his account gets hacked in season 4), he plays Halo on Wednesday nights, he plays Second Life, he enjoys Wii Sports & is good at Wii Bowling. He plays Wii Archery and likes to play it in a role-playing kind of manner where he pretends to withdraw his arrows from his quiver. He also plays Magic: The Gathering Card Game (he faces off against Will Wheaton in a Magic tournament). He loves Super Mario 64. He also plays guitar &/or bass on Rock Band. He plays his own version of rock-paper-scissors where he has added 2 more possibilities, making it rock-paper-scissors-lizard-spock. He also plays Klingon Boggle with Leonard, Wolowitz and Koothrappali.
I believe that there are more games that Sheldon plays, but these are the ones I can recall off the top of my head. :)
