I have heard some derogatory meanings of SAE, "Sexually Assaults Everyone" "Same A******** Everywhere". Unfortunately SAE's real meaning is a secret for them.
The meaning of Phi Alpha is perhaps the best kept secret in the world of fraternities. The only way to learn its meaning is to become a brother of Sigma Alpha Epsilon. Surf the web as much as you want, you wont find the true meaning of Phi Alpha. There is just to much to grasp and learn about. Some people just throw out random guesses. None are correct. It is just not possible to completely understand what Phi Alpha means. The eight founders of SAE "NNJJSWAT" made it near impossible for anyone to understand unless you are a brother and actually attend chapter, and go through pledgeship. Why do you think it is one of the best kept secrets in all of Greek Life. Cuz our founders made it difficult to understand Phi Alpha, you will never find out the complete meaning

Yes and No. Yes, because SAE USA had a chapter in Cabanatuan. That was their Cabanatuan Alpha Chapter which was composed of Alumni members of the fraternity. No, because SAE Philippines, established in SY: 1964-1965 in CMU, Musuan, Bukidnon, and SAE USA are not associated with each other.

When I was an undergraduate there in the late 1960's, Harvard had a chapter of Sigma Alpha Epsilon--which I believe was the only fraternity on campus. I'm not sure what the current situation is.
