Is it legal to post dark web exploration videos (e.g. exploring virtual drug markers without buying anything) on YouTube without any trouble (I live in Europe Estonia to be specific)?

Is it legal? YouTube is based in the U.S., so that is the laws applied to the site. I'm not a lawyer, but as far as I know, freedom of speech allows you to investigate and record any website that doesn't directly break laws by you viewing it. You would be, for instance, in hot water if you were talking about illegal activities like child porn, slave trafficking etc. As far as looking at things like drugs, paraphernalia, murder for hire and the like, there is nothing inherently illegal in the U.S. about doing research. That being said, understand that your videos will be taken down from YouTube and you will be flagged as a T.O.S. offender just about immediately if they even allow the video to be uploaded in the first place. Wikidata will place your video into a subsection that includes deepweb stuff and you may not even be able to upload said videos. If you do get it past their automatic filter, you are breaking the Terms you agreed with YouTube to not share any illegal or morally corrupt content on YouTube. same way you cant advertise for porn sites, even if the video itself is within the Terms YouTube provides, they will delete the video and send you a nasty letter telling you they don't want your kind on YouTube. I would recommend you go the Wisita route, its safer and you have full control.
