You should use the Dexron II D for automatic transmissions. You should put 2.9 liters in at a time for optimal use.
Use ONLY genuine Honda MTX or ATX transmission fluid. Anything else just doesn't cut the mustard
"Honda Genuine" transmission fluid is the correct fluid type. Specifically use this type or it will cause damage.
If it's a Sport Shift (auto), then you use Honda's auto transmission fluid. If it's a manual, Honda's manual transmission fluid. Use no other fluid in your Honda.

I highly recommend you get your fluid from a Honda dealer. SLF or VTF.
Always use Genuine Honda Transmission Fluid. Other types may not have the additives that are designed to help keep the Honda transmission lubricated and quiet.
Genuine Honda A/T fluid. Purchase it at your local Honda Dealer. Do not use anything else.
