The Catholic Church is lead by the Pope. The Catholic Church is divided into 2,795 dioceses spread across the world. Each diocese in headed by a Bishop. A diocese covers a geographical area and can have any number of parishes (churches) within in. The spiritual head of the parish is the Priest. He may also be referred to as the Pastor. He is normally addressed with "Father".

Here in Sweden we are Lutherans and the church is lead by a bishop and under her (yes it's a woman) there are priests.

Whom we worship is Jesus Christ, Heavenly Father and God. Some schools and churches think that we don't, but I swear we do. If you are talking about what our leader of the church is called (Who takes care of the church) that is a bishop or priest. (From my perspective)
