Jehovah's Witnesses view God as described in The Bible. Here are some of the Bible-based teachings Jehovah's Witnesses believe about God:

1) Having a personal name, Jehovah - Psalm 83:18: "That men may know that thou, whose name alone is JEHOVAH, art the most high over all the earth."

2) Being the Creator, Most High and the only One Worthy of receiving worship - Revelation 4:11: "Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created."

3) He has qualities and they are revealed in the Bible as well as they are seen in His creation - 1 John 4:8: "... for God is love."

Romans 1:20: "For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:"

4) He cares about us humans and soon will bring an end to wickedness - 1 Peter 5:7: "Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you."

Proverbs 2:21, 22: "For the upright shall dwell in the land, and the perfect shall remain in it. But the wicked shall be cut off from the earth, and the transgressors shall be rooted out of it."
