50-100 US Dollars
Again, I think this is a low quote. Mine, at %50 condition has been valued at $150.
50-135 US Dollars
your Remington 48 is worth $500.00 or more
50-200 or so
Check out www.corsonsbarrels.com, but looks to be around 200 to 220.
$48 Whoever answered this question with $48 is underquoting the value. I own one that was given to me. In it's condition (which would probably be considered 50%) was valued at $150.

probably 200-400 depending on condition
Check the date code on the barrel, the details and table lookup are on the Remington Society of America, manufactured date link.
Should be on the action, Sportsman could be the 48 or 58 semi auto. Sportsman models have little parts left so try not to break any.
Check the date stamp on the barrel. The table look and details are on the manufactured date link of the Remington Society of America.
Yes both the 11-48 and the sportsman 11-48 are the same gun. The only difference is the sportsman came standard with a plug to limit capacity to 2+1 to comply with hunting laws.
