My favourite minecraft texture pack is probably Summerfields Craft, and it's pretty realistic, and it's awesome. I got it on a list of the ten best minecraft texture packs.

By the way, Diamond Craft on this list of 10 things, and LB Photo Realism both don't work properly. Transparent craft is one of the best, and of course Summerfields is probably the most realistic.

It depends on what kind of texture pack you want. There are HD textures, that make Minecraft more high definition, there are also themed texture packs, like space, or Egyptian desert, also you can use a movie texture pack, like Star Wars, or a game texture pack like Zelda, or Uncharted. The final type of texture pack is abstract. These make Minecraft look completely different by changing most of every item or block in the game. An example of this is Jolicraft, which i use. To download jolicraft, go to their home page. The link is under "Sources and related links" below this answer.

A minecraft texture pack is what it sounds like. A pack, or file, that you are able to download from the minecraft website which has different textures. This is used to make the look of minecraft more appealing for different people.

There is no "best pack" it depends what you like and there are millions of them. (Tbh I think all of them are really good) It's a matter of opinion which is the best.

Are texture packs safe?

Most texture packs (as most things available in vanilla Minecraft) are completely safe, although some (very few, mind that) may contain viruses. I use two besides the default one, and nothing bad has happened to my Minecraft copy yet! So in conclusion, yes, they are safe.

How do you use HD texture pack for minecraft?

You basically use a HD texture pack for Minecraft in the same way as a normal texture pack. First off, to use a texture pack you must first download one, you can find plenty on Minecraftforum.net. After you have downloaded your texture pack, you then place the .Zip texture pack file into the "texturepacks" folder. But for a HD texture pack you must first download MCpatcher, which allows you to use HD texture packs, you can also find MCpatcher on Minecraftforum.net or you can just simply google it, and like before, you just place your texture pack into the "texturepacks" folder. After you have done this, Run minecraft and click on the "Mods and Texture packs" option, then the texture pack you have placed in that folder will appear as an option in this page. Simply click the texture pack then click "Done". All you need to do now, is play :D.

How do you make a blue bed in minecraft?

The bed colour is dependant on your texture pack. The default is red, but in some texture packs, it is blue. If you're using the default texture pack, your beds will always be red, there's no way to craft a non-red one. But likewise if you have a different texture pack, all the beds will be blue by default.

How to download Minecraft Texture Packs?

1. First, you need to find a texture pack you like. I recommend looking at the list on a topic on the Minecraft Forum. The link is under "Sources and related links" below this answer.2. When you find one you like, click [Download Texture Pack - Beta 1.3] (if that is crossed out, choose updated fan version)The next steps are a bit different from pack to pack, but it works like this on most of them.If you are using google chrome the next step is easy3. Once the file has fully downloaded, right click it and choose "Show in folder"If you're not using Google Chrome: find the Texture packs name in your download folder on your computer4. For the next step, open up Minecraft. Click mods and texturepacks, then in the bottom left it should say something along the lines of "Show texture pack folder"5. Now drag the texture back from your downloads folder to your texture pack folder. Now you can close the two folders, choose your texture pack, and enjoy your new look.

Is there any method or program that will allow you to just drag and drop individual textures from multiple 128x128 texture packs for minecraft into one customized texture pack?
