During hypoxic conditions when they cannot get enough oxygen.
If there's not enough oxygen, the methane cannot burn properly. When this happens, some of the carbon combines with a little oxygen to form carbon monoxide. Some carbon will not react with oxygen at all, and forms of carbon powder, often called soot.
Aerobic metabolism
Leukemia has to be determined through a blood test, lumbar tap.It is treated with blood transfusion of packed RBC and for severe cases, patient will have bone marrow transplant. patient will be on reverse isolation to protect him from infections. Patient will also receives oxygen since RBC is depleted meaning no enough oxygen carriers in the blood

You will start to feel like u something is sucking the air away from you . Then, you cannot breath normally . Later on, you will faint and slowly slowly you will die of 'not enough oxygen'. Unless someone give you oxygen....

Obligate aerobes
B/c the iron in the blood is what carries the oxygen around the body. With too little iron, not enough oxygen carriers.
Bacteria that must have oxygen to survive are called obligate aerobes. Some bacteria can live with or without oxygen and are called facultative anaerobes.Anaerobes = No oxygenAerobes = Oxygen
