It could be Tinia Versicolor, I have it and it's a pain to deal with. Go buy a bottle of Selsun Blue shampoo, and use it as a lotion on the itchy spots of your skin, and sleep with it, It should improve it a bit.

Without more information, it's impossible for me to say. The problem I run into here is that some rashes respond well to hydrocortisone (which is often recommended), but others react badly to that. Other than suggesting you keep it clean and don't irriate it, I can't tell you much else. If you wish, resubmit the question with more info. Explain what the sores look like, where the rash is, how large an area, what you did differently in your life recently, and any other symptoms.

There are thousands (literally) of viruses that could produce a rash with coalescing patches of red bumps ("erythematous papules coalescing into patches"). Most commonly, these viral exanthums are called "Pityriaisis Rosea," and include a "Harold's patch" that is the largest and first sign of infection. The infection typically occurs BEFORE the onset of the rash, and the rash is NOT associated with the infectious process. It is the slow-to-resolve evidence of the infection. It usually clears in 6 weeks.

it might be chiggers. They are little microscopic bugs that go in your skin and lay eggs. Don't worry you cant die. i would just a doctor to give special ointment. or its just poison oak, ivy or sumac.
