I think you mean air filter for the pump.you should check it at least every month during peak use, and replace it when it looks dirty enough to impair the air flow through it. Some filters, such as media filters or electronic air cleaners, are washable; others are disposable and must be replaced. You should clean the filters on your Heat Pump depending on how dusty your house is. This can be done with a vacuum cleaner

yes
One day shouldn't hurt anything.
The air pump (compressor) is located on the driver side fender underneath the air filter box. Once you remove the air filter box, you will have to remove the compressor bolts from inside the wheel well.
Not if the air pump is used as the only form of circulation through the filter.
it is under the air filter box under the hood
right under the alternator below the air filter
The main usefull purpose of an "Air Pump" is to drive/operate a filter and cycled filters are an absolute neccessity for all fish in any aquaria. Air bubbles do very little to improve things in an aquarium so if you have a power filter the air pump would be superfluous.
water an air pump small with hose to oxinate the water so they can breath filter and water pump
The washer pump is on the fluid tank under the air filter
Look below the air filter system, drivers side.
