Pastiche is something written in the style of someone else. In the song "I Dig Rock and Roll Music" by Peter, Paul and Mary, they perform verses in the style of Donovan, The Beatles and the Mamas and Papas. Those are pastiches. Literary pastiches are very numerous, and you can probably write one yourself. An example is The Exploits of Sherlock Holmes, written by Adrian Conan Doyle and John Dickson Carr in the style of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle.
