Christianity is astonishing because God sent his Son, Jesus, to be born into the world and to live here as a man so that He could make God known to us and to bear the weight of the world's sin on His shoulders and die with it, so we could be saved. Jesus made it possible for us to be redeemed and to become children of God. He made it possible for us to be seen as pure in the sight of God, through His blood for all who believe in Him. He gives us hope, purpose, unfailing love, wisdom, strength, goodness, grace, a new life... Jesus Christ is the definition of love and hope. Those who believe in Him are amazingly blessed.
