The best way is to go to the dentist, but most of us can't afford it.
So this is what I did.
First I tried Crest Whitening Strips Cost - spent $80 total.. didn't really work well and way an annoying process...
Then I researched the internet and found that the home remedy methods you hear of like bleach and hydrogen peroxide are dangerous and you probably shouldn't do it.
Then I read an article about combing two product's trial offers to get enough product for under $5
The two products I tried were Idol White, endorsed by the Kardashians, and Vibrant Smile, another very effective teeth whitening product.

These worked more effectively than the crest whitening strips with less fuss and less money.
