Best Answer

London

Both question and answer are wrong. The term "British Commonwealth" is no longer used; the correct term is The Commonwealth. Since the Commonwealth consists of 54 independent nations, there is no capital. Each member has its capital of course; London is the capital of the United Kingdom, one of the 54 members.

No. The Commonwealth of Nations is composed of former British possessions, territories and protectorates. Puerto Rico was never a British colony and was never part of the Commonwealth of nations. In this case "commonwealth" is a territorial status and has nothing to do with the Commonwealth of nations or the United States Commonwealth states of Kentucky, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania and Virginia.
