Literally, "Leviticus" means "of priests" (Kohanim).
Leviticus (Vayikra) is the third book of the Torah (Five Books of Moses). It covers the topics of sacrifices, kosher-laws, ritual purity and impurity, laws against incest, laws of the kohanim, festivals, the seventh year and the Yovel (Jubilee year), and more.

The book of Leviticus is sort of like a priest's handbook. It doesn't tell a story like the book of Exodus or Kings; it is a lengthy list of guidelines and rules for jewish priests to follow.

There really isn't a meaning of the word Leviticus in the Holy Bible. It is the third book in the Bible and is called Leviticus because it deals with the Levites or Priestly Class.
