The retroactive date sets how long before the inception of the policy that you are covered for negligent acts, error or omissions that you report during that policy. A retroac…tive date can match the policy inception date so that no prior acts are covered. From the date of the retro period would be the continuous period before the retro date during which the coverage is applicable
Retroactive Liability Insurance There is no insurance of that type. An insurance company would never issue a policy covering possible previous d…amage in regards to any type of property.
A retroactive raise is a raise granted as of a date prior to it being granted. In most cases, the amount of the raise will be paid from that prior date of the raise to the… present date, and included in regular pay from the present date forward.
Retroactive pay is for services that have already been preformed but are calculated at a new rate An example of this would be retroactive pay raises following the ratifica…tion of a new labor contract. Workers may be paid effective to the day the contract was signed as opposed to ratified.

Preexisting Home Damage Most states only allow a maximum 2 year delay in filing a claim. There is no such thing as a retroactive claim. Homeowners Insurance …policies "Do Not" cover preexisting damage and the claim should be filed with the Insurance company that was covering the home at the time the damage occurred. Other answers Most do however it depends upon the claim and what state you are in. Also the period of time cannot usually be over 12 months.
Though I didn't actually receive my salary increase until the middle of February, it was retroactive to the first of the year.
Retroactive usually means that they have backdated it in some way.....
Can your medical insurance company retroactively bill you for an increase in premium that they made?
They can bill you for anything they like. The more interesting, and more difficult, question is whether or not you have to pay it. That would depend on what exactly you mean …by "retroactively" and "an increase in premium". It also depends on the exact terms of your contract with them. For example, they can't just decide "Oh, we've decided you need to pay us $10,000 per month for your coverage, and that is effective as of 25 years ago, so fork over 3 million dollars or we'll sue."
None.... Good try though
No, Insurance Company cannot increase premiums retroactive. It has to declare before hand from which date the increased rate of premium would be operational.
My employer is charging me retroactively for insurance they never offered I just signed up they deducted dues for 4 months saying I was eligible even though they never told me Is this legal?
It depends what country you are referring to. This site cannot offer legal advice you need to speak to a lawyer that specialises in labour law.
among the symptoms of shigellosis are high fever, loss of appetite and abdominal cramps. Severe cases might include seizures, a stiff neck, a headache and confusion. In some c…ases, shigella flexneri causes Reiter's syndrome, also called retroactive arthritis. This strain of shigella bacteria also is responsible for such symptoms as painful joints, eye irritation and painful urination, which occur in about two percent of cases. Dehydration due to diarrhea and vomiting is a concern. It can lead to other severe complications, such as kidney failure. Children might need to be hospitalized if fever reaches more than 101 degrees Fahrenheit.
