The number three is the numerical signature of God. It is the number of personal completeness. It is the number of the Godhead, it stands for the triune God. It is formed by… 1+1+1, but if the 1's are multiplied, the result is still 1. So God is three in one and one in three. In geometry two lines do not make a cube. Hence 2 is an incomplete number while 3 is the complete number. It therefore represents God. A complete man is formed with spirit, soul and body. 3 is also a number of resurrection. The Lord Jesus is resurrected on the third day. The earth came of the water on the third day. There are many references to the number 3 in the Bible. The number 3 is mentioned 523 times in the bible. We have three phases in life, Birth/Life/Death. The triangle is the most powerful shape, since it is able to sustain pressure. Governments are set up because of the Bible, with the three branches: Judicial, Legislative and Presidental. The number three is used at times to represent intensity, importance, or added strength. For example, Ecclesiastes 4:12 speaks of how "A threefold cord cannot quickly be torn in two." The intensity of God's holiness is emphasized by the declaration at Revelation 4:8: "Holy, holy, holy is Jehovah God, the Almighty, who was and who is and who is coming." A book written by Watchmen Nee answers many questions on the number, and that is the reference that is being used for much of this answer.
In Christianity, it signifies a new beginning. When the whole earth was covered with the flood, it was Noah "the eighth person" (2 Peter 2:5) who stepped out on to a new earth… to begin a new life. Circumcision was to be performed on the eighth day (Gen 17:12), because it was the foreshadowing of the true circumcision of the heart, that which was to be "made without hands," even "the putting off of the body of the sins of the flesh by the circumcision of Christ" (Col 2:11). This is connected with the new creation. This is illustrated by the facts that God designed the eighth day to begin a new week. It may also signify grace. David is also the 8th Son of Jesse. The 8th day is eternity.
The symbolic meaning for the number four in the bible: Creation, World, Worldliness. Genisis Chapter 4. The first births are recorded, the first murder is commited …(worldliness) and worldly lineage of Cain is detailed here. In the very first verse of the Bible, we find that God spells out exactly what His creation consists of. (Gen1:1) "In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth." These two words, "heaven" and "earth" are found together in the same verse a total of 156 times. This breaks down to 4x39. When we search for the exact four word phrase that is used in Genesis 1:1, we find that it is found exactly 4 times in the Authorized Version. (Gen 1:1) In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth." (2 Sam 18:9) "And Absalom met the servants of David. And Absalom rode upon a mule, and the mule went under the thick boughs of a great oak, and his head caught hold of the oak, and he was taken up between the heaven and the earth; and the mule that was under him went away." (Jer 32:17) "Ah Lord GOD! behold, thou hast made the heaven and the earth by thy great power and stretched out arm, and there is nothing too hard for thee." (Jer 51:48) "Then the heaven and the earth, and all that is therein, shall sing for Babylon: for the spoilers shall come unto her from the north, saith the LORD." It is also one of the great doctrines of the faith, that one of these days, God will create a New Heaven and a New Earth. In fact it is mentioned 4 times in the scriptures that this will occur. (Isa 65:17) "For behold, I create new heavens and a new earth: and the former shall not be remembered, nor come into mind." (Isa 66:22 "For as the new heavens and the new earth , which I will make, shall remain before me, saith the LORD, so shall your seed and your name remain." (2 Pet 3:13) "Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness." (Rev 21:1) "And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea." It should also be noted that in Genesis Chapter 4, the word "ground", pertaining to the earth itself, is found 4 times. The one person who symbolized the lineage of worldliness, Cain, is found 16 (4x4) times in Genisis 4. An Alternative Answer The symbolic meaning for the number four in the bible: Four is a number sometimes expressing universalness or foursquareness in symmetry and form. It is found three times at Revelation 7:1. Here the "four angels" (all those in charge of "the four winds," ready for complete destruction) stood on earth's "four corners" (they could let loose the winds obliquely or diagonally, and no quarter of the earth would be spared). (Compare Da 8:8; Isa 11:12; Jer 49:36; Zec 2:6; Mt 24:31.) The New Jerusalem is "foursquare," equal in every dimension, being in fact cubical in shape. (Re 21:16) Other figurative expressions using the number four are found at Zechariah 1:18-21; 6:1-3; Revelation 9:14, 15.
The significance of the number eleven in the Bible has been interpret in various ways. The common significance is last chance, urgent or an indication that something is ab…out to happen among others.
Jesus was followed by twelve disciples. And as is stated in other questions Twelve is a perfect number, signifying perfection of government, or of governmental perfectio…n. It is found as a multiple in all that has to do with rule. The sun which "rules" the day, and the moon and stars which "govern" the night, do so by their passage through the twelve signs of the Zodiac which completes the great circle of the heavens of 360 (12 x 30) degrees or divisions, and thus govern the year. Twelve is the product of 3 (the perfectly Divine and heavenly number) and 4 (the earthly, the number of what is material and organic). While seven is composed of 3 added to 4, twelve is 3 multiplied by 4, and hence denotes that which can scarcely be explained in words, but which the spiritual perception can at once appreciate, viz., organization, the products denoting production and multiplication and increase of all that is contained in the two numbers separately. The 4 is generally prominently seen in the twelve. THERE WERE Twelve PATRIARCHS from Seth to Noah and his family, and twelve from Shem to Jacob. THE Twelve SONS OF ISRAEL though actually thirteen in number, there are never more than twelve names in any one list. There are about 18 enumerations altogether, but in each list one or other is omitted. Generally it is Levi, but not always. In Revelation 7 both Dan and Ephraim are omitted , but the enumeration is still twelve, Levi and Joseph being introduced for this special sealing of the remnant which shall go unscathed through the great tribulation. Then there were twelve Judges or Saviours THE TEMPLE OF SOLOMON has the number twelve as the predominating factor, in contrast with the Tabernacle, which had the number five. This agrees with the grace which shines in the Tabernacle, and with the glory of the kingdom which is displayed in the Temple. When we come to the New Testament we find the same great principle pervading the Apostolic government as we see in the Patriarchal and National, for we have: The twelve Apostles. The twelve foundations in the heavenly Jerusalem. The twelve gates. The twelve pearls. The twelve angels. THE MEASUREMENT OF THE NEW JERUSALEM will be 12,000 furlongs square, while the wall will be 144 (12 x 12) cubits, Revelation 21:16,17. The number of the sealed in Revelation 7:4 will be 144,000, and all that has to do with the Twelve Tribes is necessarily pervaded by this number, such as the stones in the High Priest's breastplate, the stones taken out of the Jordan, the number of the spies, etc. etc., and therefore we have not referred to all such reference in these pages. TWELVE PERSONS WERE ANOINTED for government of various kinds. Of course, all kings, priests, prophets, and healed lepers were anointed; but the circumstances of the anointing of twelve individuals is specially recorded. Of these, five were priests (Aaron and his four sons, Exodus 6:23) and seven were kings: Aaron, Exodus 29:7,9, etc. Nadab, Exodus 29:7,9, etc. Abihu, Exodus 29:7,9, etc. Eleazar, Exodus 29:7,9, etc. Ithamar, Exodus 29:7,9, etc. Saul, 1 Samuel 10:1. David, * 1 Samuel 16:13. Absalom, 2 Samuel 19:10. Solomon, 1 Kings 1:39. Jehu, 2 Kings 9:6. Joash, 2 Kings 11:12. Jehoahaz, 2 Kings 23:30. * David was anointed three times, viz: by Samuel, 1 Samuel 16:13; by the men of Judah, 2 Samuel 2:4; by the elders of Israel, 2 Samuel 5:3. It will be observed from the above list that Saul, the man of man's choice, is thus stamped with the number 6. David, the man of God's choice is stamped with the number seven. For Saul and David are the sixth and seventh respectively in order. The words, "a man after God's own heart," mean simply a man of God's choice, and not, as infidels are never tired of asserting, that God approved of all the sins which David fell into. TWELVE YEARS of age was Jesus when He first appears in public (Luke 2:42) and utters His first-recorded words . TWELVE LEGIONS of angels mark the perfection of angelic powers (Matthew 26:53). THE HALF OF TWELVE sometimes denotes interruption or defect in human government, while THE NUMBER OF OCCURRENCES of words agrees with its signification, e.g., aulh, aulee, "palace," occurs twelve times. -------------------- The Jews and early Christians had a fascination for propitious numbers, and many examples of numerology occur in the Bible. Significant biblical numbers… include 3, 7, 14, 17 and 40. Numbers, by themselves, are not necessarily convincing, but apparently meaningful sequences can be used as evidence of divine intent. One example from the Old Testament works at two levels, first demonstrating pairs of special mathematical sequences, and at another level demonstrating that each group of those sequence adds up to the number 17. The Bible says that: Abraham lived to 175 (5 X 5 X 7)Isaac lived to 180 (6 X 6 X 5)Jacob lived to 147 (7 X 7 X 3)Each lifespan involves a perfect square (5, 6, then 7 in a numeric series),the third factor also forms a series (7, 5, 3)and in each case the sum of the factors is 17. The priestly tribe of Levites was said to be descended from Levi, great grandfather of Moses who, along with Joshua, fulfilled the covenant that God gave to the patriarchs. We find a similar fascination with elegant series and the number 17 in the lives of: Levi, who lived to 137 (7 X 5 + 6 X 17)Amran, Moses' father, who also lived to 137 (therefore also 7 X 5 + 6 X 17)Moses, who lived to 120 (7 X 5 + 5 X 17)Joshua, who lived to 110 (5 X 5 + 5 X 17). Joseph, who became the leader of the Israelites in Egypt, also lived to 110 (5 X 5 + 5 X 17). Another Old Testament example of the special significance of the number 17 occurs in the life of the Bible's oldest human, Methuselah. He had his first son at 187 (17 X 11 years) and died at 969 (17 X 57 years). Two different but related examples from the New Testament are the genealogies of Jesus in Matthew and Luke, both of which prove by numerology that Jesus was predestined to be the Messiah: Matthew demonstrated that there were 14 generations: from Abraham to David; from David to Josiah; from Josiah to Jesus. To do this, he had to ignore 3 kings who appear in the Old Testament and have David in the preceding (as 14) and following (as 1) groups, but not so Josiah.Luke had great men occur in multiples of 7 generations starting from Adam, with: Enoch at 7; Abraham at 21; David at 35; Jesus at 77. He also had: Joseph at 42 and 70; Jesus (Jose) at 49. To do this, he had to insert his own presumably fictitious people into the Old Testament list: Kainan at 13; Admin at 28. There are twelve constellations in the zodiac, and the number 12 occurs occasionally in the Bible. Jacob had 12 sons. There are supposedly 12 tribes of Israel. If the descendants of Levi, a son of Jacob, formed the priestly class, this creates a problem because there should only be 11 tribes of Israel, but this seems to have been solved by Joseph's two sons eaching heading a tribe of Israel. Jesus also had 12 disciples. These may simply be a series of coincidences, but if so they do form an unusual set of coincidences. The number 40 also occurs frequently, perhaps simply as a shorthand way of indicating a large number or a long time.
It means completeness in an organizational setting. the twelve apostles, the twelve tribes of Israel, and so forth.

as far as i have researched, the number 6 symbolizes the number of anything less than holy. 7 is a symbolization of god, heaven, and creation whereas 6 symbolizes man, Satan, …and the creations of god. 666 is also sybolic of the number of man, but that number changes with bible versions.. some say it is 666, some say it is 613, and some say 616 so... ya.... who knows really.. this is all pure conjectiure anyway.... even biblical scholoarsa still debate of numerical significance.. but look at it this way, the whole universe was created in 6 days, 7 if you include the day of rest. Satan fell on the 6th day, due to jealousy because god created man to be higher than angels.. a lot of things in the bible happen in 7's or multiples of 7...
The number of creation eg.: "earth, air, fire, water", "north, south, east, west" "spring, summer, autumn, winter".
Christ was 33 when he was crucified.
what is significant about the number 12 in the bible is that there were 12 tribes of Judah, and there were 12 disciples
it means hope
Here is a link from one perspective:
Many would say that the number 12 represents 'new beginnings' ororganization. Think of the 12 months of the year and the 12 tribesof Israel.
Many consider the number 4 and multiples thereof to mean'testing/trials' and completion of such.
