Tension of mystery is basically tension of mystery. lol. In movies, television, games etc; you watch, you will see tension of mystery. When there is an investigation episode, for example, CSI Miami, the main actor will have an expression of mystery and maybe a confused or curious expression on his face to find the murderer. It keeps you watching to see if he finds, I guess. lol.

What does in tension mean?

Tension can sometimes be used as an interchangeable term with conflict. But where it differs, lies in the development of suspense in a performance. As the audience anticipates certain outcomes in the plot, the tension builds. An obvious example of rising tension is in a mystery or whodunit. The development of tension usually parallels the advancement of the plot, leading to a crisis or climax. Tension is closely linked with timing. ♠♠ BY: arjhel inguito email: remarjelinguito@Yahoo.com

My recommendation for creating tension in a story, would be to add some sort of mystery that separates two different characters because of how different those two characters' ideas and opinions are. If you feel tension in the story, then your readers are bound to feel it too if you wrote it correctly.
