∙ 12y agoArceus has the highest total base stats (720) out of all 549 Pokemon. However, Arceus is incredibly hard to get and it is event only. In case you were wondering what is in the locked building in Canalave City, well, that's where you would do the event.
Dialga and Giratina are the most powerful Pokemon you can catch in Diamond with total base stats at 680.
