I would probably finger-spell this in order to rule out any confusion. However, the sign for Goddess, is the same as the sign for "God", but made at the chin (the feminine marker.) But if it is done wrong it looks like something else entirely. Finger-spelling seems to be the better option, at least until the Deaf Culture forms a better sign.
