Take the TRANS-CANADA HIGHWAY WEST to Winnipeg. More specifically what you would do is you would take AUTOROUTE 40 OUEST to Ontario where it becomes HIGHWAY 417, then (past Ottawa) HIGHWAY 417 WEST becomes HIGHWAY 17. Continue on HIGHWAY 17 WEST. From there, continue on HIGHWAY 17 WEST to Manitoba where it becomes TRANS-CANADA HIGHWAY 1 WEST, then take TRANS-CANADA HIGHWAY 1 WEST to Winnipeg.
