Dari is not a Bikol word. If you mean the language known as "Dari Persian", it's called Dari in any language, including Bikol.
Dari Farsi is thaught in all provinces in Afghanistan because Dari Farsi is the first language in Afghanistan and it is native language for almost 60% of Afghanistan's population. So Dari Farsi is the National language in Afghanistan and more than 65% of Afghans speak Dari Farsi.
