The Jehovah's Witness Memorial is when Jehovah's Witnesses commemorate the death of Jesus. After a short public discourse based on the events of the last night of Jesus' life, bread and wine are passed among the attendees.
It is the most important meeting in the Jehovah's Witness calender year and the only religious celebration they observe.

Jehovah's Witness funerals usually begin and end with a short prayer and have a short 30 minute discourse centered on the hope of the ressurection. The body is not usually in display.
Memorial is a more pleasant term for funeral, where the deceased is remembered fondly and a service appealing a wide variety of religious backrounds is performed.
