1 to 1
"u" in this case stands for micro, so 1 uL is 1 micro-litre or 1 millionth of a litre.
The ranges of normal RBC count (expressed in million red cells per microlitre (uL) of blood) are:Women: 4.2 to 5.4 million/uLMen: 4.7 to 6.1 million/uLChildren: 4.6 to 4.8 milliom/uL
One milliliter (ml) is equal to 1,000 microliters (ul). So in this case, 250 microliters would equal .25 milliliters, and would be smaller.
I am working on pectinase enzyme assay. I incubated 900 ul of substrate for 10 minutes in the water bath, followed by adding 2ml of DNSA reagent, then 100ul of enzyme extract added finally i read the absorbance @ 540 OD. However the values are high. How can I troubleshoot high enzyme blank values in Pectinase assay ?
when we want to obtain huge amount of DNA ,for further analysis like restriction digestion, ligation or transformtaion we perform bulk pcr where we make reaction mixture like 100 ul or so
The UL ratio becomes 1:1 by the age of 10 years.
The answer depends on the ratio of a uL with what: a millilitre, a litre, etc.
1.6:1
If you mean UL Rated, that is an abbreviation for an electrical product being approved by the Underwriters Laboratories as safe to use or have. If you buy a space heater, for instance, that is not UL Rated and does not bear the stamp that it is UL Rated, I wouldn't recommend using it.
