There are two very obvious benefits of using machines to do work.
Machines are very good at performing the same task over and over. Unlike people, they do not need meal breaks and generally they can operate for as long as required, 24 hours a day if need be. Processes which require repetition to produce something can be replaced easily by machines.
The second reason is consistency. A machine will perform a task in the same way every time. The result will be the same every time the machine performs the task so it avoids errors by a worker and achieve close tolerances every time.
Note that to run a machine effectively often requires maintenance of the machine at regular intervals. Machines can sometimes require almost as many people to maintain them as it would need to carry out the job itself. Speed and accuracy are often the main justification for using machines rather than reducing a workforce.
we can save our time by using machines and a machine can perform the work of hundred men.
The ratio of the force required to do work without the machine (load force, FL) over the force required to do work when using a machine (effort force, FE).
Mechanical advantage is the ratio of output force to input force. In other words, F out/F in. Output force is the work done by the machine while input force is what the host (you) did to the machine. Work is always displayed with the label of joules.
A machine decreases the amount of force needed to work, as it distributes the force throughout a larger distance.
The advantage is mainly for analysis. Often, some simplifying assumptions are made, to simplify analysis.
it is you get to live a regular life without sooo much work.

That you don't have to do the work yourself.
A machine's mechanical advantage is the number of times a machine multiplies the amount of work force you apply.

is the advantage point in witch work input and work output are used within a machine

An advantage is you get paid. A disadvantage is you can get your hair stuck in a machine.
The advantage of using oil is to make things work. (For example you take advantage of oil by using it in transportation.)
