Oklahoma does not have laws pertaining to the emancipation of a minor. The state does have a statute "Confirmation of Majority Rights" which pertains to the allowing of a person under the age of 18 to enter into legal contracts. Although the law is "on the books" the action is seldom granted by the court.
At the age of 16, if you can prove to the court that you have a way to support yourself you may become emancipated.
If you are legally married, you are considered an adult.
Mississippi Sorry, there is no emancipation status in this state.
That would be the Oklahoma City Thunder.
The youngest you can get emancipated in California is at the age of fourteen (14). To get emancipated you need to be able to provide for yourself, which means having a job, and you need to be financially responsible. Most jobs that pay more than minimum wage require you to be sixteen (16) or older so it would be hard to find a place to work. You cannot expect your parents to provide for you.
18, unless you have parental consent or have been legally emancipated.

Texas does not have a law to give a minor "emancipation", they have a law called "Removal of Disability of Minority". You have to be at least 16 to apply.
can i get emancipated at the age of 16
There is no requirement that they be emancipated. Until they are 18 they remain the responsibility of the parents.
