There are different ways of looking at it. The opposite of "enough" could be too little, none at all, or too much, depending on context.

Example: "Have you had enough to eat?" There are two answers, "yes," or "no."

"Yes" means enough, and "no" means too little

Example: In a fight, the winner asks the loser, "have you had enough?" In this case "yes" really means too much. Other ways to say too much might include: "super abundance," "an excess," or "stuffed" (in the case of eating).

The opposite of enough can also be inadequate.
