What is the average cost per square foot for a mall lease?
According to SIMON, the average $/SF for their entire inventory of malls is $38.81. If you want to find avg $/SF for the other mall managers and developers, their annual reports and quarterly reports are a good place to start. Good Luck!

Answer . That's way too vague a question...Milwaukee County has ritzy areas, blue collar areas, and a full blown ghetto. When looking for residential or commercial property… in the Milwaukee area, I suggest that if the address is north something, you go with a numbered street over 60. eg 1234 N. 61st street or 7240 N. 89th street. If the address is south something, look for addresses 3000 or more when looking at numbered streets. eg 3200 S 18th street or 5740 S 92nd street. If the address is south and then a name, anywhere is okay. eg 4139 S Taylor. East and west: I suggest you stay away from any address 2900 south thru 100 south and 100 north thru 4000 north. If you look at a map, avoid Oklahoma to Capital and the lake to 60th, but know that there are a lot of nice places scattered within that area. You really need to TALK to someone who lives in Milwaukee. Good luck.

I was just quoted 800 dollars for 1600 SQ FT under air for R30 or better. So, 50 cents per foot. Electrical company in my area, florida, offers a $100 rebate for this R value …so it knocks the price down to just over 43 cents per foot.

There are many variables to this answer.. What is the cost of forming and pouring? The labor cost of finishing as well as screeding. What is the cost of the product? Are ther…e any other added costs? (this could include anything from pumping to fiber strands for strength) What slope would you have to have the concrete poured at.....you get the idea....sometime you can just consult your contractor and get HIS price per foot to complete your project. To figure the exact cost would require a lot more information. Contractors in your area could probably give you a "ballpark" figure if that would be close enough for you.
I read in flooring sites that they can average from 4 to about 8 dollars per square foot. But you also have to factor in the material costs for instalation (adhesives, seale…rs, etc..), labor for instalation, maintenance of the floors over the years and extra costs if the sub floor needs to be leveled. Plus the money for a contractor if you plan on having one.
