Actually the disorder itself doesn't cause death. All it causes is small testicles, possibility of sterile sperm, lean and thin bodies, low muscle tone, and several other symptoms that are not able to be seen. However that does not mean that you can't die from it. Anything is possible with genetics, but the survival right is MUCH higher than 5%.

Generally the life expectancy depends on HRT, and severity of symptoms. There is a higher probability of a individual not on HRT to struggle with life ending thoughts.
