Not sure about being 14, but typically a healthy adult weight range for that height would be between 118-159 lbs It says 130-150 pounds but you can be perfectly healthy outside this range, it depends on what you eat and your level of activity.
My niece is 13 and 5'3". She weighs between 115 and 120, changes month to month. She is slender but a really good build. Her frame could probably handle another 20 lbs before she started to look pudgy. If she dropped below 110 she would look to skinny.
I think that a reasonble weight is around 95 or 100 because I have a 13 year old girl who is 5'4 and I took her to the docter recently and her weight was reasonble.
